Project Logistics/Transportation Logistics

Understanding the origin and destination access, dock access, long pushes, stairs, elevators, building protection and the property manager contact information are all essential to providing proper quotes and on time projects. Relationships with preferred vendors and the use of technology allow COG to coordinate and manage manufacturers’ lead times, shipping time lines and acknowledgement standards effectively.

Contractor Coordination

Making sure we work side by side and communicate with other contractors on the project is vital for the project’s success. Working as a team for our client is essential to create total client satisfaction and a good working relationship with General contractors and subcontractors.

Project Closeout

A dedicated team is in place to make sure projects are completed quickly. Working as a part of the project team our dedicated Project Closeout staff will ensure punch lists, if any, are resolved in the most expeditious manner possible which is yet another way COG ensures total client satisfaction.

End user Coordination

Similar to contractor coordination it is imperative that our clients are up to date and fully informed on all that is happening on their project. Providing updated status reports and implementing effective communication between the client and the COG team creates partnership and adds value to the overall project. We will also provide training for operating your new products as well as care instructions for the various materials, fabrics and finishes as requested.

Stocking Programs

COG can set up client specific warehouse stock for you to quickly access commonly needed items such as keyboard trays, ergonomic seating, and work tool accessories or provide complete offices and workstations within a few days.

Additionally, in conjunction with our Snap Tracker asset management system, COG can recommend which parts and pieces you need to keep on hand to quickly service your office or facility with ease.
