Site Analysis

COG conducts site inspection to verify correct placement for all systems and freestanding furniture. Checks building location access points for electrical/data. The project manager will contact building management to review access rules & regulations and assesses building accessibility including docks, elevators, stairways, and outside parking areas for trailer off-loading.

Work Space Analysis

The design team will perform site visit(s) and analysis to ensure the proper installation of system and freestanding furniture. They will also meet with the client’s designated representative(s) to clarify any specific departmental and individual requirements. Production of a furniture plan based upon the previously gathered programming information or information gathered by the account manager representative.

Field Verification

Site visit survey and analysis to ensure furniture plans are developed correctly for the proper installation of systems and freestanding furniture.

SnapTracker also provides our designers with up to date inventories which allows COG to maximize asset usage from the schematic design phase of your project.
